BZ Media Announces Drone Dealer Expo

First event addressing the distribution channel for drones, bringing together manufacturers, distributors, dealers, integrators, and value-added resellers

BZ Media LLC announced Drone Dealer Expo, a 3-day event focused on the Channel, bringing together Drone manufacturers, distributors, dealers, integrators, and value-added resellers to exchange ideas and techniques, and learn about new products and selling opportunities. The first Drone Dealer Expo ( will take place April 11-13, 2016 at the Florida Hotel and Conference Center, in Orlando, Florida.

BZ Media CEO Ted Bahr commented, “the drone market is continuing to explode and many of the major players are building distribution chains and selling their products through Big-Box stores like Wal-Mart and Best Buy as well as independent resellers. In addition there are a variety of different levels of value-adders in the Channel now, making this market very dynamic and challenging to master.”

Manufacturers will be able to meet with both current and potential new dealers and distributors to discuss carrying their products, future product roadmaps, and service and support options. Newly unfolding drone distribution tactics and channels will be highlighted. More than 50 sessions, panels, and case studies will focus on drone distribution and market trends, merchandising and e-commerce techniques, best practices for selling, supporting and servicing drone buyers, selling to vertical markets, marketing and promotion, and the rapidly changing legal environment.

BZ Media created and hosted InterDrone, the largest commercial drone conference in the world, last September in Las Vegas.  “InterDrone is the largest Big Tent commercial drone event where manufacturers and distributors sell to the drone service businesses, enterprise end-users and other professional drone buyers. Drone Dealer Expo is a more focused event that will be the one place where all of the drone distribution Channel members get to meet face to face and focus exclusively on their issues,” said Bahr. The next InterDrone will be September 7-9, 2016, at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas.

More than 500 dealers, distributors, manufacturers and other members of the Channel are expected to attend the first Drone Dealer Expo. The Call for Speakers for the technical conference is open and may be found here:

Just 40 booths are available and pricing starts at $2,795. Please contact David Lyman at 978-465-2351 or for a prospectus and details on exhibiting or sponsoring Drone Dealer Expo.
