Register online and use one of the following payment methods:
Credit Card. You can use the secure online form to pay via credit card and get immediate confirmation of your registration. MasterCard, Visa and American Express are accepted. You'll receive a registration record/confirmation e-mail. Please print out this information and bring them with you to the Conference. Present them at the Registration Desk to pick up your badge and course materials.
Check. Fill out the online registration form. Print out the registration record and receipt and mail to BZ Media LLC, 225 Broadhollow Road Suite 211 Melville, NY 11747, with your payment. Online registrations that are mailed without payment will not be confirmed until payment is received.
Purchase Order. If you register using a P.O., you'll be invoiced after emailing the P.O. document. P.O. must be e-mailed to Olivia Bahr at firstname.lastname@example.org. Payment must be received before your registration can be confirmed.
You may combine one of these special discounts with the Early Registration pricing to save even more!
Group discounts will be given automatically if you register three or more people at once. You can also contact Caroline Seiter at email@example.com to receive the 15 % per person discount if your group is unable to register at the same time. Contact her also for special discounts for groups of 10 or more.
Personnel employed by or attending educational institutions can get a 15% discount off the Full Event Passport price by using the code EDU.

Personnel employed by non-profit organizations can get a 15% discount off the Full Event Passport price by using the code NONPROFIT.
Government, Federal, State and Local Government employees can receive an additional 15% off the Full Event Passport price. Enter the code GOV in the discount code field.
Students receive a flat rate of $395 for a Three-Day Pass. Please e-mail email@example.com with a copy of your student identification for the current academic year in order to get the rate.
You can receive a full refund, less a $150 registration fee for a 3-Day Pass OR a $50 registration fee for an Expo Pass, for cancellations made by Friday, August 5, 2016. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.
Send your cancellation in writing to Caroline Seiter at firstname.lastname@example.org. Registrations may be transferred to another person or to a future conference.
Refunds will be processed through the same method of payment as the initial payment transaction. Credit card refunds will be processed to the same credit card as the original payment. If for reasons beyond our control the conference cannot take place as scheduled, BZ Media reserves the right to reschedule the conference to a date and place of it's choosing.
InterDrone can provide invitation letters to conference attendees who require a Visa in order to travel to the conference. Invitation letters are only permitted to attendees that have paid in full for their conference registration. Letters will be granted on a case-by-case basis. Please e-mail Caroline Seiter at email@example.com to request an invitation letter. InterDrone retains the right to refuse invitation letters to any individual at any time.
You must agree to update InterDrone with the status of your visa application. If you are given an invitation letter and your Visa is approved but you do not attend the conference, you will no longer be permitted any future invitation letters from InterDrone.
If your Visa application is denied, please e-mail Caroline Seiter with your registration cancellation request. All cancellation fees will be waived on the condition that proof is provided from the U.S. Embassy of the denial of your application. If proof of denial is not provided, you will be upheld to the standard cancellation policy for all attendees.
If you do not agree to this policy, please do not request an invitation letter.
