BZ Media partners with The Seminar Group to offer “Legal and Regulatory Considerations of Drones and UAVs” on day prior to North America’s largest commercial drone conference
MELVILLE, N.Y., June 6, 2016 — BZ Media LLC announced today that InterDrone™ The International Drone Conference & Exposition being held September 7-9 at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, is partnering with The Seminar Group to host a full-day legal seminar on drones for attorneys, in-house counsel, government, and UAV professionals. InterDrone is the largest event in North America dedicated to commercial drones.
The seminar, “Legal and Regulatory Considerations of Drones and UAVs,” will offer Continuing Legal Education Credits (CLE’s) in Nevada, California, Oregon, Washington and Texas. The event will be held at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas September 6, 2016, with InterDrone opening the next morning.
“We have gotten an exceptional response to this seminar when we presented it in the past and we expect the September 6 seminar to be our biggest and best yet. InterDrone is expecting 4,000 attendees and we’re excited to offer this extra educational opportunity to our collective audiences,” said Chris Terp, CEO of The Seminar Group.
The program Co-Chairs are Michael E. Drobac, Executive Director of the Small UAV Coalition and Senior Policy Advisor with Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP in Washington, DC, and Daniel P. “Attendance is running well ahead of last year at this time and we have more than 220 media and association partners helping to market and build InterDrone 2016,” said Ted Bahr, InterDrone Chairman. “We are delighted to partner with The Seminar Group and offer this seminar to people who want a deep dive into legal and regulatory issues. Add this to the 15-18 sessions at InterDrone focused on legal and regulatory affairs and it will be nearly impossible to leave Las Vegas without a full and current understanding of the UAV legal landscape.”
The full day seminar is $595, with discounts for government, students, new associates, non-profits and groups. More information on attending Legal and Regulatory Considerations of Drones and UAVs can be found at http://www.theseminargroup.net/seminardetl.aspx?id=4635
