InterDrone takes place September 4-7, 2018. The preconference sessions kickoff on September 4th, and the main event starts on September 5th and ends on September 7th.

The InterDrone Exhibit Hall is open 1:00 pm – 5:45 pm on Wednesday, 11:00 am – 7:00 pm on Thursday, and 11:00 am – 4:00 pm on Friday.

Yes, please visit the “Register Here” attendee registration counters at the Rio Hotel Conference Center during registration hours. Please note that registration fees are higher onsite.

Badges will not be mailed. Please be sure to print your registration confirmation email and bring it to the Will Call counter at the Rio Hotel Conference Center during show registration hours.

Onsite there is no flying of drones without permits or approval to fly InterDrone demo areas
You can receive a full refund less a $200 registration fee for a 3-Day PLUS Preconference Pass, less a $150 registration fee for a 3-Day Conference Pass OR less a $50 registration fee for an Expo Plus Pass for cancellations made by Friday, August 3, 2018. Cancellations after this date are non-refundable.

Yes, cameras are allowed. However, no photographs are permitted of exhibit displays and classes unless you have the exhibitor’s or speaker’s permission.
You must be 16 years of age to attend InterDrone. Each registrant must have their own registration for the conference.
The conference is business casual. Temperatures can vary within the conference center. We recommend wearing comfortable shoes and clothing.
